We have a 6,000 square foot market garden in which all of our vegetables are grown organically without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. We use the Elliot Coleman method of farming. Our crops are intensively spaced on permanently raised beds. Using Coleman's methods, we are able to maximize crop yields with a minimal area of land. Good quality compost is the key to fueling the whole system and allows the intensive spacing to work well. Our goal is to grow "clean", high quality, nutrient-dense food that we are proud to bring to the community.
